the wireless connection works great.

i do not know if this powers off when the bose system is off. there is no switch. i hope it does, because if it does not, then it might be draining power.

i wish bose will install a volume control to this device. i have seen it in other wireless speaker connections (like rocketfish) and this was a very useful feature. yes, i know that bose has adaptik, but some manual control does not hurt.

finally, i wish the seller would have provided a way to track the package. i knew they had shipped it, but not being able to track it’s progress provided some anxiety.

I love these speakers. My favorite feature is the night mode where it tones down the sound where its loud enough for you, quiet enough for the next room over during the night hours.

I’m very happy with this purchase. I was looking originally at sound bars with a Blu Ray player that also would access Netflix. The reviews for the Samsung where poor. I was told that LG makes good Blue Ray players, and HTIB systems. We looked them up and found this one that had wireless rear speakers and sub woofer. WiFi built in for network access, and lots of online features including Netflix.

Installation was very easy, color coded wires for the speakers, the wireless sub woofer and rear speakers connected as soon as they had power. I have a WiFi network, blue tooth devices, and wireless home phones, none caused a problem. The rear speakers are 18ft away from the TV, still sound great and have no interference.

Getting the HTIB on the network was a breeze too. Even the Blue ray player updates is easy, it auto checks for me and asks to download and install.

I love this system, and for only $630 from amazon it’s even better.

Note that wireless speakers still need an amp, so they plug into a device about the size of an external hard drive, that acts as the wireless receiver and the power (amp) for the speakers. Some people get confused about wireless speakers, they are just not wired to the base/player.

Although I have purchased this item to a friend as a wedding registry request. The feedback from the actual user is been great and amazed by the sound quality from this particular model. My experience with MODIA has been wonderful with satisfactory. If I were to purchase a unit for myself in future, I would definitely check with them first before trying elsewhere. Overall, wonderful customer service and follow-up staff work.
